Dominique Ott specialises in inheritance law. In addition to her advisory role in estate planning (prenuptial and inheritance agreements, wills, etc.), she regularly represents clients in inheritance proceedings in court and acts as an executor and heir representative. She also has extensive expertise in real estate law, child and adult protection law, and tax law (inheritance tax, gift tax and property gains tax).
