Martin Künzli specialises in estate planning and administration, as well as business succession planning, particularly in the management of family office structures. In addition to inheritance law, his areas of expertise include related fields such as tax law, foundation law, property law, adult protection law and company law. He has many years of experience in the management, purchase and sale of real estate. He also handles cases involving the execution of wills and the representation of heirs. Martin Künzli is also actively involved in social, charitable and cultural sectors. He served on the school board in his local community and on the board of trustees of a private hospital in Zurich. The latter was closed by the municipal authorities and converted by the board of trustees into a major training centre for the care sector. Today, he is president and vice-president of two foundations active in the cultural sector.
